I didn't have too many problems with Crouch, he tried his hardest in the blue and gold

Crouch was a nice bloke had a few good yarns to him wen he was up here in qld, he played allright in some games and had shockers in others but last season was utter crap so hard to blame everything on him but i suppose without McFadden, Kusto, Caraige and co not around he filled their shoes

Crouch always used to go great in Prems but didn't have the same imapct when brought into firsts. I dont understand how a bench second rower can be the sole reason for our poor season last year. Maybe some people had too high expectations of him.

Well he offered absolutely nothing to the side off the bench and made a fair few mistakes.

It was no coincidence that in the games we did lose by a lot last year we were even with the opposition for the first 20 minutes until our bench forwards took the field and then the collapse began, Treacy and Crouch just couldn't cut it.

hahahaha in all fairness, crouch deserved the ribbing given to him by parra fans

i will both laugh and cry if he somehow becomes the biggest improver this year, leading the roosters forward pack to greater heights

this is another chance for ricky stuart to outshine brian smith, who must pride himself on taking duds from other clubs and turning them into successful players. it will actually be interesting to see if crouch is any different with the roosters
