Guitar Hero?

If going to buy guitar hero world tour the one with the drums and microphone. but im not sure what console to get it on. I have a wii and a ps3. ill proberly get it on wii but i just want to know if there is any differences between ps3 and wii. so if anyone know the differences can you please tell me it will be much appreciate

and using net play on the ps3, does it use the internet downloads, for example were on the 7 gb downloads per month for our internet would it use that.

Would you use net play if you used it on the Wii? There are a few songs that Wii didn't get for downloadable content (mostly Death Magnetic so nothing special, but also Jimi Hendrix).

Other than that the graphical interface looks better on the PS3, so yup that's about it. Although I don't usually get these for graphics, plus I don't have a PS3/X-Box 360.

The World Tour controllers are compatible with Rock Band on PS3 and 360...not too sure about PS2 but don't see why not.

There is a tour in Australia called 'Teslas Coil' or something. Not the best of music involved in there, but pretty good.

For Aussie music fans, just saying, there will be downloadable content for three Australian bands (Silverchair, Wolfmother and the Vines) late January.

PS3. It has advantages of graphics, far better, less hassle online. In two ways. 1, you dont need to piss about with friend codes to play people online, and 2, ps3 has huge internal storage so you dont need to piss about with SD cards.

The concept of the SD card works for me, but right now I have roughly over 40 songs on mine and it's half full. It wont be long until another needs to be bought.

Plus, after downloading songs, it has to move the song from the Wii to the SD card. It's a pain sometimes when you're downloading multiple songs at once.

Cheats for World Tour on PS2.

Blue, blue, red, green, green, blue, blue, yellow unlocks all songs.

Green, blue, red, yellow, yellow, red, green, green.

In the game. At one stage it was terribly behind in date, but it's updated weekly (think not this week though as they're taking one off for new years)

Griffo, I think you'll find it in the "options" on the main menu.

I understand this works for all platforms. The second cheat unlocks hyperspeed or some sh*t like that.

Brought guitar hero metallica yesterday.. Admittedly i haven't been playing guitar Hero all that long but geeze, it's tough.. Much harder than most songs on world tour..

Excellent game for Metallica tragics though, the bands actions are what they do on stage, they must have spent hours hooked up to computers to get this done..

I love Guitar Hero.

We crank up the stereo, crack some cold ones and get our rock on.

World Tour is great but I just cannot play the drums on it.
