What kinda setup do you guys have and what typa stuff do you like to play?
I have a 350-400 dollar yamaha electric piece of shit and a Marshall ten watt amp(good for its size. I like playing 80's metal(mainly metallica) and alot of punk stuff.

An Ibanex electric, about 20 years old and it still rocks, a new Montery semi acoustic, about $700, a Pearl 10 peice drum kit, a Yamaha key board, my 16 y o son has a Fender Squire 5 string bass and a Maton 4 string bass, my 21 y o son has 2 electric guitars one is a 7 string, my daughter has a Yamaha electric and we all own various acoustic guitars.

And we play just about anything.

Is that a challenge Halfy?

I accept. ;-)

Gibson Explorer is my main instrument. A Maton Firebird and a Vantage Flying V. Also a collection of Cash Converter cheapies for parts.

2 Marshall stacks with 50 watt heads.

Jimmy Page and Ritchie Blackmore were early influences. Malmsteen is at the top of my list these days. With Gary Moore and Michael Schenker.
