I think you're right.

Unfortunate way to bring a great career to a close, but there's little point in James grinding his body into the ground at this stage.

Sheeds will try and talk him into an extra year though, as he always wants champions to play on unti they're eligible for their seniors card.

In a way it is a good thing. We get closer to that no1 pick! I said before that I would rather him rest for the rest of this year. Hopefully it is a chance to play a few more young players. Give them experience.
