Well, we did play Wellington in the first round fishy, they never draw crowds and the Gold Coast last weekend, which was a bit disappointing. Slightly different to playing two teams who are within an hour of each other ...

Yeah pretty disappointed with that. Thought we could have had at least 8,000 to be honest. There was bugger all promotion but that's not really an excuse.

While it's not a dismal crowd, it's not great for a region trying to show the FFA that we want a team.

it looked a fair decision to me

right idea but poor execution, the ref was right in front of him but the camera angle was poor

Porters handball justifies my opinion that he should be buried in the state league somewhere. Happy to get a much needed win though.

It was a pretty ordinary game all up. Neither side could string together more than 2 passes before giving away possession for the most part.

Pretty fitting that the winning goal came from an error really. Perth actually had the better chances, hitting the bar twice but that's football for you.
