Jets to be leading 4-0 at half time

Then after the break - Griffo gets injured, Gazza gets sent to the box (again), Elrich gets a red and Karl Dodd scores 5

This season just gets better.
Why are Wellington bothering so much? Having the feeling they might make it, good luck to 'em.

Their closest rivals Queensland are just above them and in much better form IMO. Wellington are far too inconsistent to keep up I think. Good to see them challenging for a spot though...

Yeah I think that both QLD and Central Coast are better sides than the Phoenix. Newcastle probably deserved to get something out of the game on Sunday, but we took our chances well and they didn't.

Central Coast (28 points) have: QLD (h), MEL (a), and ADL (h)
QLD (26 points) have: CC (a), ADL (a), SYD (h), and Perth (h)
Wellington (25 points) have: SYD (a), ADL (h), and MEL (a)

Just looking at the draw I reckon QLD will pick up enough points to secure a playoff spot, so the Phoenix would probably need 2 wins and a draw to give themselves a chance... and even that may not be enough.
