Henjak would get first crack barring an absolute miracle. It won't be Valentine (in the short term). Giteau doesn't play halfback for the Brumbies so he pretty much won't be considered. Whitaker could give good service until the World Cup but is a very short-term option!
if brett sheahan gets an opportunity next season (which would mean whits would have to be injured), i think he will show us just how good a halfback he is, even better than henjak. i hope chris o'young gives henjak a run for his money at the force, because chris is also another talented young player.
henjack sorry i got him mixed up with valentine yeah he will be there has been some talk that guito might switch to half i fell for whitz cause he just came in the wrong time
Another good option would be to put whitz at half back and have the half that they think will be the next one and give him game time when we are winning (not that winning is happening much lately)
Hmmm its a tough call. Whits deserves a chance but I think he is a year or two past his best. Henjak played well against Ireland and appears to be the next long term half and i would expect Josh Valentine to come under consideration for the World Cup. He is very good player who was not well liked by Eddie Jones. In the immediate future i would start Whits but would give Henjak game time from the bench
i think gits said that he only wants to be play no. 12 and if the wallabies goes away from the eddie jones style of play, he will never be mentioned as a possible halfback ever again.
