David Nucifora's coaching career at the ACT Brumbies just ended. In his time, he took them to 2 Super 12 titles and 2 finals.

In the same period of time, Brian Smith has taken us to 1 semi-finals, 1 grand final and we are likely to miss the 8 again this year.

Nucifora was sacked because despite his record, the players did not like playing under him and did no respect him. Similarly, the players don't like playing under Brian and based on the past 2 seasons, I would say they probably don't respect him.

If a premiership winning coach can be sacked on those grounds, so an Brian Smith.
