What a confusing post? Did the Newcastle boys venture up to Toronto to play the Eels - or was it the otherway around?

The u/15 development team did do well against Newcastle. They were too big, too strong and too fast for the Knights. Should be strong in Matts next year then.

Matts and ball are playing Illawarra in a trial at Cabra on Saturday commencing 4 pm for Matts and 6 pm for ball. This trial is important as they are cutting the squads after this trial.

If the times change I will let the forum know.

In Matts game 1 (blue team - possibles) 3 trys all

In Matts game 2 (Gold team - probables) 6 trys to nil

Matts are looking strong. They have beaten Newcastle and Illawarra in successive weeks. They cut the squad today and go into next weeks final trial against Manly at Brookie with the selected team.

In Ball it was close but I didn't stay till end. However, from what I saw, it was a big improvement from last week against Newcastle. Does anyone know the Ball score?

Parra should beat manly in Matts. They weren't that flash. They had already finalised there squad before xmas. There is a massive front rower, but he was over his haunches after 3 minutes against North Sydney yesterday morning
