I dont like him much as im an eels fan :D but would it be in the best interest of rugby league

we send him to places like russia and emerging nations to teach the local refs
how to ref at a high standard?he also could help in other areas seeing as he has refed the best players in the last 15 yrs.he has to have alot of knowledge of the game, maybe he could be of some use now

people talk of coaches going to russia to help them, but i think refs could also be a big help in improving the standed of play.

the new teams would get to know the rules better.

he could teach new refs how to speed up the play more (which is fittness aswell)
theres a lot of things that need to be done to help league out in these new places and i think the refs are just 1 of them(but a big part of it)

what u guys think? should we get retired refs to help emeriging nations?

I dont like your chance of getting Hollywood to Russia! Perhaps if they start a league up in California or something he might be interested.....

Its a good idea, i guess something similar happened with MacCullum. Didnt he go over to England?
