Have you ever walked out of a movie at the cinema? (obviously well before it ended)

I never have, but just stumbled upon some forum at Amazon and all these Americans were listing movies they walked out on mid way through because they didn't like them. Not crappy arthouse flicks either, but hollywood blockbusters like King Kong, Spiderman, The Waterboy, Borat, etc.

I don't think too many Aussies would do that. Basically cause we want to get our monies worth. I'm not gonna pay $15 and leave after 45 minutes.

Even though I was tempted to when watching Batman and Robin. I want to punch Joel Schumacher for making that one.

I've never walked out of a movie, but I remember seeing a stream of old ladies pour out of Borat when I was at it. I don't think they knew what it was going to be about.

Never have, never will.

In Saw 4, the guys behind us left after like 20 minutes and I was shocked they'd leave so early.

Then I saw Cloverfield, the guys in front of us left after like 10 minutes.

Epic Movie; terrible, just terrible (although there were extenuating circumstances which forced my departure; I was quite happy to just nap through the last forty minutes in the cosy cool cinema.)

I have to admit, I contemplated leaving while watching Juno the other week. What a disappointing movie.

I can't even remember what movie it was but there was one a few years back that I spent feeling my girlfriend up instead.

That was an excellent movie, I really enjoyed it

Never walked out. Closest i've even come would probably be for "K-19: The Widowmaker". Tapped a mate on the shoulder and asked if he wanted to bail on this crap. Bastard wanted to sit through it...

Very tempted to in some movies, i mean i havent always payed for the movie ive watched but still thought oh ill give it a go. I mean how can you judge it after 10 mins.

If i didnt know that the guy died in I Am Legend i would have, i didnt pay for it but it was still a piece of sh*t.

Some stupid ho's have walked out of movies ive been in but i really think they didnt pay to get in and probably went to another movie.

Saw "Mullholland Drive" at Hoyts years ago and walked out. Went up to the counter and asked for my money back (as a bit of a joke) and was surprised when they gave me a double free pass for another movie. Don't know if they are still so generous and I was tempted during "I Am Legend" as well.

I have slept through a few

My mates dragged me into two different movies on two different occasions.
The Phantom was one which I slept through
Bean Movie, I don't know what happened in this movie. The cinema was all but empty, we went around and put pieces of popcorn on as many seats as we could. My mates thought the popcorn was stale. I don't eat the sh*t, so I decided we'd just mke a mess instead.

I saw 2 old ladies get up and leave in Bad Eggs, when Mick dropped the line "f**k me drunk he's fair up the clack!"

And I saw a bloke take his three kids out of the cinema in the South Park movie when Saddam Hussein started wagging a sausage around, but pretending it was his dick, while in bed with Satan.

"aahhh Satan!"

He's an idiot for taking his kids to see the movie in the first place.
