Yeah I played. Bondi United, Menai Chooks, and Aquinas Colts. The last time I played was for the Colts three years ago... Dela beat us by about ninety, we were playing with 12 men the whole game, and I was like "aahhhh I just wanna walk off". I quit after that.

Played almost every position on the field but was probably best distributing from dummy half. Laziness in defence was my worst attribute.

Best memory. Being undefeated for two years. Or, being in the team that ended Comos two year undefeated reign down at Scylla Bay.

Worst memory: Being passed up for Matthews Cup despite being the best for the position for one of the selectors sons, friends, distant relations or whatever. Fascists. Thwarted my best opportunity to play for the Sharks.

And, hey Sully. What year did you play for Paddo? I played for Bondi United in the under 7s 1987 and we beat Paddo in the Grand final.

You shouldn't let that get to you though. I missed the Matthew's selection a few years ago for Souths and I was pretty disappointed. Then last year I was invited back for the S.G Ball but got injured and missed out.

I'm still plugging away though. Jersey Flegg isn't too far out of reach...maybe.
