Yep. Have been under and my understanding is they have used some of that to prepay some contracts. Shedding players would be due to NRL fine coming off the cap like the situation with Manly.

Can't see many clubs going down the self reporting route when it means turning over every record to the NRL. Every club would have a breach somewhere.

At some stage yeah they said we were way under. We were that far under that we were in trouble of not spending enough of the cap.

All I can think is the NRL is going to decrease our cap as a penalty, which will mean we have to offload a player to get under that new cap.
