Being as physically fit as you are, what you are describing is not out of the ordinary at all. If you're concerned see a doctor.

It seems to me from your posts that you've just started taking your HR regularly. It has possibly been a long standing thing.

I'm the same, took my heart rate straight after 15 minutes of HIIT burpees (1 minute exercise/30 sec rest) and it was up around 160, took it again after one minute of rest it was in the low 60s. I am not even kidding. It's freaking me out a little now, I think maybe I should see a specialist. Or ask one of my uni teachers.

Are there any cardiologists on LU?

This shouldnt be freaking you out at all really, seems pretty normal for a person who exercises as much as you seem to.

I think you are stressing over nothing

I have the Timex Triathlon heart monitor. Basic, but does the job.

I actually just came back from a 45 minute run. My running stats:

Time: 44.47min

Avg HR: 159 bpm

Max HR: 170 bpm

Calories: 940.

I am 40 yo.

Gee I wish my dad loved me

Since I've been going a lot heavier of late, I've noticed I can really get my HR right up there on certain exercises, mainly the compound movements like deadlifts and squats. I wouldn't be too worried about what you've described, that indicates to me that you're incredibly fit. I'm actually surprised tbh, I didn't think you even had a heart :p

Everybody's dad loves them, and he bought it with the savings I had stored with him (I am not good saving so I get my dad to save my money for me).

It still hasn't arrived yet :(

Go to a doctor. Like seriously tomorrow.

Clenbuterol does have tachycardia as a side effect.

EDIT

it would be unlikely that it is the clenbuterol based on the above information. That said go to a doctor.

i went to the doctors.. and when he measured it, it went down to around 80pbm.. and wasnt irregular

its usually worst at night times though.. feels really heavy, constricted, has to work harder, and that there is a lot of pressure on my chest.

asked doctor if theres some tablets to slow it down he said no point as he cant see whats wrong with me.. but ordered me to go get blood test, ECG and several others. can't get it done until next weeks though because of exams

Did you tell the Dr. you used Clen? Dude, I think the last thing you need is more tablets in your system. You need to go to a rehab and find Buddhism and some shit for a few weeks, clean yourself out. Good luck!

Not good he didn't even know what it was. In all seriousness, I think you should see another GP, and also ask that GP for a referral to a specialist (whoever specialises in this stuff, I wouldn't have a clue). If it's increasing of a night time it's not good.

It's a b2 agonist that is used to treat breathing problems. Like all b2 agonists it can be used as a PED

I also don't think its the job of a GP to happen to know every drug in the world that someone might choose to abuse for performance. Of course if you explained exactly what I wrote in the above post he would have some reference point.
