Heartbreak Again!

Saturday was another heartbreaking loss against the rabbits but with only 1 man left on the bench and he was a front rower it was a brave effort.

It was not the prettiest of games but was exciting right down to the wire in a tit for tat scoring game.

I should be used to last minute losses being a Jets fan but hope springs eternal.

Another close game. While we are improving we are not winning. So the improvements count for little on the ladder.

Do you think we can better last year's performace? I do, but we have to get down to business beofre injuries settle in.

From what I saw of the Norths/Canberra game a couple of weeks back, I think that we are a far better team than Norths, so we shouldn't get the spoon. But I didn't go to the Bears/Dogs game yesterday... Monique popped over to my place for a bit of..... the

Craig FIELD is really playing his guts out. I hope the others are inspired by that as he surely cannot keep it up alone.

We would be lost without him.

His tries from dummy half, and his passess putting others through gaps is outstanding this season. Real 1st grade stuff.

Just before Souths scored the winning try with a minute to go ( memories of Newtown doing the same thing to Canberra in season 2001 ), Craig was running alone from the line and tackling the oppossition players. Real inspiring stuff Craig, great to watch. We have to start winning.

It would be a massive loss to the team and the club to lose Craig.

Lets hope that he sticks with us and turns us into a premership force, soon!
