Help locating a clip

I am trying to find a clip from The Melbourne Comedy Gala, the charity one they do on CHannel 10 each year. It was from the late 90's I believe, and it was a skit involving Jimeon, Glenn Robbins, and Bob Franklin (I think) and they did a skit of two police men interviewing a criminal, and everything they said was a song title/lyric.

I can't find the clip anywhere.

Any Help would be appreciated.
