Small in height and build. Perrett has been nominated numerous times by his peers as being one of the hardest to tackle.

Minichello is another that comes to mind that is small and being rated hard to tackle.

Pound for pound these guys must be really strong with enormous leg drive.

Utai might be short but his legs are like tree trunks. He'd have enormous leg drive. One of the few players that you'd have to tackle around the legs first to try and stop them.

Well.....you tend to have to tackle backs when they are in a bit more space, and more likely that you have to make an effective one-on-one tackle.
