Hey dumb merkin,can you not read? Souths have existed every year from 1908 to the present day.The football club has operated every year even allowing for our expulsion in years 2000 -2001.

I knew they existed, but when they are on the same scale as the Woden Valley Rams, its irrelevant. They were all but a pub team.

Oh and both St George and Illawarra have active teams. You really are clueless :lol:

the big question that everyone keeps asking, but you keep dodging, is simple..

did souths have a team in the NRL in 2001?

we all know the answer (so none of your usual trash abuse back such as "you know it merkin") but we want to hear it from you..

I have never dodged that question.Souths obviously did not play in the NRL in seasons 2000 and 2001.But what a lot of people on here do not know/or care to remember is that the Souths Football operated throughout our years of expulsion,we always existed,even fielding teams in matches in those years.We have operated as a football club every year since 1908.Do you understand Carlotta?

They essentially fielded a pub team, as that's all they were....a club with a footy side. Big deal, there are dozens of them around NSW. However, 50UFF$ weren't actually in a comp of any kind, and didn't play each week. So that makes them less than a pub side, as their 3 spoons in 5 years on returning would indicate.
