Now I really like Augie Marche so don't get me wrong.
"No such place" is one of the greatest ballads to come out of this country IMO....but.

Live ....take a big comfy chair.
They are not exactly a band that gets your blood pumping.

Oh I completely agree. They're better to see when they're by themselves really, not in this kind of environment.

And that said, their policy of not rehearsing can be very obvious. Hot and cold when live and they can be quite painful to watch at times. Shame really because they've got such a good studio sound...
