That would seem MASSIVELY different circumstances

The ruling appears to be that the dude was a bankrupt dodgy merkin who manly would have known to be unfit to make the agreement.

Im all for calling Seward an incompetant dimwit with no f**king clue, but its a very different situation

Still the concept remains that it can be set aside. It just comes down to the circumstances etc.
