Anyone else seen the movie yet?

I saw it the other day, you know, to see what all the fuss was about. There certainly are a few bits in there that i thought "thats f#@ked up!" but its not as bad as i thought it was going to be. By bad, im refering soley to the gore factor...because for the movie as a whole i thought it was terrible.

What does everyone else think, without giving anything away?

I loved "Cabin Fever" but this one just plain sucked...

Exactly what I thought.....must be a very depressing part of Europe for children to act that way...

I thought "Wolf Creek" sucked donkey's balls too, to be honest.

Over-hyped because it was an Australian film.

hostel was pretty good. shouldnt go into a movie thinking its going to be the best thing you will see in years because you will be let down...

i liked the film...and cant wait for the dvd to see the alternate ending that was cut out.

I wanted to see Hostel but after it was reviewed on the ABC Movie show i gave it a miss, I watched SAW the other day for the 1st time and i liked it alot.

Hostel was directed by Eli Roth who also did the worset movie of all time "Cabin Fever" So i will give it a miss.

people that are big horror fans...and have seen films with some crazy gore scenes wont think much about this film....but if you are into "i know what you did last summer" then this film would prolly appear gorey and more disturbing to you.

I watched Wolf Creek again on Saturday nite with my folks. My mother did better than i thought and managed to watch the whole thing....that whole "head on a stick" sequence still makes me whince!
