How did Holdsworth play last night?

I only saw the last 15 mins of the game as I was at a mates party. How did he play?

Agree with Doggiesfan09. Solid performance. Did enough to think we should let him remain on the bench so we have another playmaker to throw into the mix if required.

He wasn't dominate, his main problem was passing the ball too early, though the wrap around play to setup the try for Morris was good.

I think once you add Kimmorley back, Roberts will be much better. Roberts unfortunately isn't good enough to lead a team around a park himself.

Yeah, outside of Kimmorley he is a completely different player, it is obvious he isn't a leader, but when he plays his own game, gee he is entertaining

I agree i believe Roberts is best when he is used as a running five eighth i have always considered him an undersized centre to be honest

Roberts is like Benji, an awesome ball runner with all the skills but needs someone to make sure he gets the ball at the right time.

Otherwise miracle plays are attempted every second tackle.

It's no surprise both have had their best seasons with a decent organisor in the team at half.

Late reshuffle saw Holdsworth come off the bench. Stagg was awesome at five-eighth.

holdsworth did alright in my opinion. his defence was alot better.

true about roberts as well. he plays better with kimmorley there doing all the organising and kicking, which allows roberts to focus on running and passing.

I agree with fictitous that Holdsworth was awesome when he came off the bench. Before that we were playing without a halfback, no direction and no options on the last tackle.
