How do I make a topic stick

Just wondering if it is possible, without being a moderator to make a topic "stick" across all the forums?

OK lame I know. However I think you need to ask a moderator to make it sticky.

No definately KISS!, it was the first song they released after they stopped wearing the make up....it was a huge hit.

They did however revert back to make up once Ace & Peter came back to the band
