can i become a referee or do u need special qualifications

Well in 2003 we were rebuilding the comp and were down on personnel so some players were allowed to be refs.
But in 2004, the aim is have non-players referees only.

The selection of referees is not very democratic I'm afraid. This is so we can keep politics out of it. Having said that, forummers, moderators, players, captains and other refereees are all welcomed to put up names so we may get some general consensus.
