Another good, healthy food that can be prepared in minutes.

I chop up some onion, tomato and a bit of bacon and fry them a bit before adding baked beans - then put the lot on four slices of wholemeal toast - and if i'm really hungry i'll have a few eggs.

Another good way is in jaffles with a slice of ham.

Mixed with a can of tuna, microwaved for 40 seconds then spread over sliced bread.

I sometimes buy BBQ chicken at the end of the night from Coles or Woolies for like $3 a chook, I get home, take all the meat off, throw away the skin and bones and keep the meat in a lunch box. In the mornings ill add about 80-100g of chicken to the baked beans and heat in the microwave. Abit of extra protein also I find the flavour of the chicken makes the beans taste better

I have baked beans on 2 slices of multigrain toast (spread lightly with avocado oil) about once a week

In summer straight from the can onto the toast, in winter ill microwave the beans to warm.

Occassionally, Ill poach an egg and wack it on top of one of the toasts
