Things are definitely improving for the international game. I think one missing event is a bi-annual six nations the year prior and post a WC, swapping hemispheres. Two NH nations and four SH nations with a Euro Cup and Pacific Cup determining the participating nations for the series before the WC and the WC results determining the makeup of the six nations the year after.
