How does F7s work?

I have just registered and hopefully a team will accept me but, is the games decided on who posts the most during the week? or is there actual tactics typed and a game situation played out or what? LOL
Newcastle Knights are the team who i dream to play for in f7s but any team who may read this im very interested!

It explains the game, and the rules. Basically it's writing articles about rugby league. If your still interested after reading about it. I'm sure a team will pick you up as they are always looking for players. At the moment there isn't a knights team in the comp.
