I'm extatic. For once we didn't clock off after getting to a sizeable lead. But to put it into 1 phrase "THAT'S MORE LIKE IT!"

Absolutely tremendous. Parramatta showed all of the hallmarks of a Michael Hagan coached side tonight.

Parra just got owned.

Thats the first game I've seen for a few weeks and I was very impressed with the young guys, there looks to be something a bit special about a few of them.

Walsh looked incredible for a bloke with less than 10 games under his belt.

It was a simple gameplan well executed.

Congrats to all involved.

Parra fans aren't so cocky now i bet. They were talking about needing 42 points or some sh*t to be the best attacking side. Was so happy we pumped them, a few of them were alright but most were cocky bastards.

Great game plan really, was just wet weather football. Only bit of entertaining footy was right at the end of the first half when Vuna wacked it on the boot and almost did a Hayne. The ref was raping us in penalties aswell. Bloody ecstatic and it couldnt of happened to a nicer bunch of fans either.

Our winning margins combined before this match would have been something like 24 points from 7 matchs. Weve got that all in one match now, that's the most pleasing thing IMO.

I didnt want this game to end with supporters saying "now we know this coach is better".

As ive said before, it was always gonna be who was gonna be doing best in 2-3 years time.

I was a bit nervous at halftime, despite the 20 point lead. I've seen us fall to bits with a lead before. I imagined the Parra coach giving it to his team, getting them fired up to pull their fingers out.

Then I remembered the opposition coach was Michael Hagan. Such a peaceful character. Nice bloke when you meet him in the flesh. I hold no personal grudges against him... but I suspect his coaching style didn't help Parramatta one bit tonight. They had the team, on paper, to mow over us by 20 points. We gave them a towelling.

Did any else notice a very comical event in the game that occured just before half time. Ther was about 4 knock on's and about 3 falcons. I just pissed myself laughing

I'm sorry, but I just don't get why ya'll rate Parra so high. The facts are, this year, just like us, they've beaten average teams. They've also been pasted by average teams, just like us. Our 1-17 outperformed them convincingly to a man, and i'm not surprised in the least.

They've got the worst halves in the comp, a powder puff forward pack (Hindmarsh did nothing against us, as per usual thoroughly outplayed by Simpson) and an untested inexperienced backline. Whereas we've got a top forward pack, improving halves and, i'll admit, a pretty terrible backline.

I could not agree more.

As soon as a team put in a decent performance against them they were found out.

Felt good to see Hags again with no answers and his big gob opened wide like the Groper
he is.
