1. Lomax (he doesnt look like a centre to me - get him more ball)
2. Russell
3. Brown (he doesnt look like a 5/8 to me - find him a spot)
4 Penisini
5. That fella who is out injured from canterbury
6. iOngi (get him more ball)
7. Venk
9. Smith
I dont even know the forwards but that's my backline.

Moses hasn't played a club game since he became an origin series winning halfback.

He is a big absence no sugar coating it.

His voice and presence makes us a better team. I reckon 12-13 other teams would kill to have a rep quality HB in the team.

Today result doesn't change in terms of win loss but I suppose it says more about the other players that they have dropped there heads so quickly.

The main issue is now Moses has played so little club footy in the past 18 months and becoming injury prone his salary and lack of game time is becoming a rod for our own backs.

I don't think Moses is as elite as people make him out to be....we are just in an era where their are not many great halfbacks so he stands out...

Kind of reminds me of why I used to go out clubbing with fat ugly merkins....
I think you have a point especially when players like Fogarty and Sexton are commanding $750k a year.

I don't think we (the club) will start to use it as an excuse, until after we've fixed our defensive issues, and we're only losing games due to a lack of flair (converting tackles into points) in the opposition 20m zone.

There may be some we (the fans) using it as an excuse before then... but they'd be the fans that typically only focus on attack when watching a game, and so think that everything revolves around who is playing half back in any given week - rather than the amount of tackled missed by forwards up the middle and on the egdes (to start with).

We'd have still lost with Moses, but you really cant take on any of the "big" teams without a great long kicking game - something without Moses we just dont have. His game management often keeps us in games we wouldnt be in otherwise
