Can you do (I don't get technical and differentiate between chip up and pull up. Just get the chin up there any way you can): 1. in one go? 2. In 30 minutes? I can do 12 (the 12th is getting pretty rough) in one go. And in 30 minutes I do 50. I find them a very good exercise for traps and bicepts. I could barely do 3 a year ago.
