i don't remember saying anywhere that ash and burty were the best in the game.

I don't remember ever saying you said that. It's hard to bag a future immortal when you wrap future failed talents like Burt. Guys would kill for this guys talent- and he's prob a nice bloke but he does not deliver on his promise...and from what i've seen it'll take a big turn around for him to even be of first grade standard.

Seems to me alot of people find it hard to respect anyone thats from another club. Hence the reason they dont want Parra to sign any players. Johns will forever be remembered as an imortal of the game. Appreciate that you have been able to watch him play, because the next generation of league saupporters wouldn't have had that opportuinty.

Don't respect a guy who has been so overly hyped! He makes mistakes and they are unlucky, he flukes something and it is put down to his brilliance. Unfortunately, we can't control the media, they wanted a superstar in the Super League War and they picked this second rate half.

he's not an eel, so i pay him out, it's all in good fun. Put it down to jealously on some parts that you can't admit another club's immortal is that good, but we are footy fans. whats life without a little sledging? ;-)
