How many of you are bandwagon fans?

you are calling me a bandwagon supporter? how dare you. I have been following the dragons all my life. I am a one team man, i don't believe in bandwagons. I follow my team through thick and thin, i go to games in the rain, i love my team, i waited my whole life for what happened October 3 2010. And before you say, stop getting defensive, i am going to get defensive coz there was a post on here a couple of weeks ago asking the same thing, and i got defensive. I went to every kogarah game this year, except the qual final coz of prior engagement, but i watched that. I live in enemy territory and always wear my jersey with pride. If anything, you starting this post is probably a disguise for being a bandwagon supporter, i don't know, i don't judge people just on the basis that they've been on here a few months coz they discovered this site recently. People might have followed the dragons their whole life, but only started posting after the grand final or recently because they didn't know this site existed. Don't be so quick to judge, everyone has their reasons, we all follow the same team, we don't need someone like you ruffling a few feathers coz you want to stir the pot. Enjoy the premiership, everyone else is.

Sorry for getting defensive, it is because i follow my team with my heart and soul, and when that is questioned because i started posting recently then i get upset. have a good day. GO PREMIERS!!!!!!!!!

Just joined the forum recently and feel no need to justify my support I don't give a flying fig, let's just say that I lost little bit of money backing them over the years at the TAB and have gotten used to them losing all those games they should have won.

The mark of a true supporter though is that even though doing in my money I would nearly always make excuses for them with refs and stuff and yes never in my life have I backed against the Dragons even though back in the day you would do well doing so.

Anyway glad I joined the forum it's been fun and boy what a journey 2010 was and still is, I've followed them for well over 20 years and I know there's plenty of others here that have followed them far beyond that even, Dragons 2010 Premiers!!!

GO THE MIGHTY DRAGONS!!!

It's just funny seeing all those haters get owned after our premiership win, they really are on hiding to nothing.

I jumped on the bandwagon in 85, sadly we lost to a dubious forward pass from I think it was Mortimer.

the way that they were dressed at the players awards, you might think ron bennett was looking after them.

It takes 40 years of support for one to lose their "bandwagoner" label at Souths!

Only 40 years. Like most Dragons supporters I have supported the team for over forty years. I have supported them for 89 years and counting and I am only 38.

You see, most of us don't have a choice, we were born into it. Our fathers and grandfathers were Dragons and so will our children and grandchildren be.

and one more thing, it doesn't matter when you join, if you love the Big Red V you are family.

Thanks Big Pat. Kiama is beautiful but I am still stuck in an office.

One of my friends taught my daugther to say "Go Sharks". It took a few months but she is ok now and she regularly starts singing "The Saints are coming..." and "O when the Saints going marching in, when the Saints go marching in, I want a number...". There is still plenty of time for her to get the theme song right.
