Not only did he blatantly knee rapira in the head - he's pretty clearly roided up

sounds like time for a new rule.

When running with the ball players are not permitted to lift the knees*

(Sandud is excluded from this rule)

Its not a new rule. You aren't allowed to raise your knees into a dangerous position. Jerry Seuseu got 5 weeks for this back in 2005. This was more deliberate than Seuseu's.

All ballcarriers must run in such a manner that knees do not raise at all...

Rapira went well below the waist with his head. How high is a runner allowed to lift his knees? Would be ridiculous if he were charged.

It doesn't really matter attila. In Seuseu's one, he also raised his knee to brace for impact, and ended up kneeing Simon Woolford (not a tall player) in the mansack. If the bloke is running normally then there's no problems, but there was a fairly obvious knee raise well outside of his normal running gait.

It's referred to as "Wheels".

Despite all the sarcastic comments, as noted Jerry SeuSeu received a lengthy ban for a lesser offence many years ago.

It wasn't a natural running motion, he braced the knee for impact. It's not so much deliberate as the reflex of a player who's a bit scared of the impending contact.

Should get a grade 3-4 dangerous conduct IMO, especially considering he has a history of this sort of bullshit (I believe he got pinged for it multiple times earlier in his career).

Completely intentional and cat act. Suits Ross down to a tee really being the biggest cream puff prop to ever lace up a boot

For a roosters fan to say that, well that just makes me laugh.

Name another prop who came out in the press in the lead up to a game and declared he was scared to play against his opposite number. In fact I believe the exact words were that he "feared for his safety" to play Adrian Morley.

Absolute pansy
