STRENGTHS: The Saints have easily the best forward structure going around and can seriously brutalise sides when they slip into top gear. They also have a strong starting midfield contingent, with Ball, Dal Santo & Hayes all likely to be among the Brownlow fancies. They play very entertaining football and will trouble all sides if given a good injury run.
WEAKNESSES: The side has lost Guerra, Jones & Penny over the summer, has not really gained anything, and Harvey is another year older. I can't see how they can improve on last year, short of getting a kinder run with injuries. The club has also failed to adequately build upon its anaemic ruck stocks and looks to lack some pace out wide.
PREDICTION: They'll do well, but I was more bullish about them last year when injuries deprived them of the premiership.
