Bayern Munich havent covered for the loss of Ballack. They were rebuffed by Barca when they tried to sign Mark Van Bommel.....reports are that Santa Cruz is going to fill that void.....with Podolski slotting in up front ahead of Pizarro.

They're well in the hunt to sign Ruud and made a new offer overnight. Hopefully they'll land him, and make Roy Mackaay excess to needs.

We ( Liverpool ) have not signed many players this transfer market, though we got rid of some dead weight in Morientes, and maybe not so much to the affect, Cisse, though he will be out for a while with the leg so no big loss there.

And Le Tallac and Diao both come back from loan.
And maybe Daniel Alaves and Jermaine Pennant ( hopefully )

For me Bellamy is a great signing, he grew up going for the Reds and will bring passion and abit of fire to the reds team, i feel he will work well with Crouch and Gerrard.

I haven't included Owen as he'll be out until at least Jan. Things might change a little once he gets back. It was revealed today that Duff only cost us 5 million pounds. Excellent piece of business that. Depending on who we sign in the coming weeks I think Duff will be used behind the main striker as we're a bit light on up front and the young N'Zogbia was excellent last season on the left of midfield.

Well, i left Dustbin out assuming that he'll leave this summer, which is looking likely. As for Sibi... :crazy:

I forgot Dickov on the bench too, and Matthew Mills. Ishmael Miller might get a run down the left hand side as well. I'd have a fully-fit Reyna over Ireland anyday as well, but that doesn't happen too often, does it?

Haven't seen enough of Matt Mills or Miller to comment, or include them in the side.
Reyna was the only reason the US didn't get flogged in the World Cup. Hopefully he can stay fit...
