i worked at the hj store in penrith for 2 years, so ill give u an insight..
the meat comes raw and is flame grilled in what they call a broiler, all burgers are microwaved for 10 seconds but only to melt the cheese.
however, you can ask for no cheese, or simply ask them not to microwave it. yes it will annoy every hj employee that is working at the time but u will be a satisfied customer and thats all they care about...

ive made a pact with myself not to eat takeaway .. (work meals not included) .. ive done well so far ... especially with the amount of cravings ive had .. last night i cooked teriyaki chicken noodles .. i then discovered i dont really like teriyaki .. but i still ate it ..

but isnt subway meant to be good for u?

yes but im not doing it to lose weight im doing it so i stop wasting money when i can make my own food

Subway's supposed to be healthy. I never seem to find any 6g fat subs. All subs are nice, but I need 3 to feel full.

cause i want a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub with lettuce, tomato, cheese extra olives and southwest sauce =P~
