Well ??!?

If anyone else has had the pleasure of watching mez run around at fullback, im sure youre dacks are still a tad crusty.....like mine .......hes a genius

Granted that Peach is a great reader of the defence, but lockyer was the greatest, and he was STILL "sacrificed" to 5/8 for the good of his team

It wont happen, but i'd love to see it .....we're desperate for that other option that is ALWAYS there, not just a floater, like peach's current role.

Some will say simmo, i will say merrit ..........

f**k all chance of happeniing ......but it'd be interesting none-the-less

After Peacheys long ball tonight I say keep him as far away from the ball as possible

That pass was desperation to break out of the rutt & decompress the defense.
poor execution but right idea.
i was against the idea cheese & I'm still not convinced.
It's hard to support a team & think of rnd 6 2004 when the real crunch time is probably rnd 6 2005.
It'll come, just like the Broncos.
& all we have to do is look across the bridge or the national park to the Dragons to find out how not to do things.

I think Peachey should be dropped.
He looks unfit, disinterested and clumsy

Did you you enjoy thatscoreline last year against parra?
Well tonight could have easily approached that without peach out there!!
Saved & stopped shitloads!!!!

you must be watching another peachey!

i thought he was one of the few..the other being kimmorley, wiliams and vagana who showed any effort or desperation.....oh and throw mcgoldrick in as well..i thought he tried hard

peachey is still all class and still looks like he has the passion the others sadly lack...
he needs some forwards to run forward like williams did tonight....running onto the ball helps also

It was nota surprise to see the scoreline with the possession deficit we had.
On top of that.
BK does not have the kicking game to pull us out of those situations.
We turned the ball over too much.
We had not Stevo or Beattie to get the first yards & quick roll on which is vital when leaving your own 1/4.
Our backs are disorganised as should be expected. Have we had the same backline twice?

thought i'd bump this fugga up.....

dont really think its necessary because it looks likes dykes will be ok ....but hmmmmm

with merritt in sensashe form ......and peachey back to his ball playing best.....maybe it could be worth a gamble

with june 30 approaching i think its time to show merritt he is in the plans(thats if he is), or we may as well just send him packing

we'll miss peach's backline defense though ......some of those one on ones he pulled today were as good as any

im not totally sold on it ....and the chances of it happening are 0% .....but geez it'd be good to see if merritt is still upto the task of an nrl level fullback

but meh .....bird played surprisingly "ok" today ....so i couldnt give a fug either way

I can't believe reefy is still bagging Bk's kicking game... its one of the best in the league! he finds more open space then any other kicker!

i see mez as the best player currently at the club to replace peach when he retires. simmons is starting to fire up but given his lack of rugby league background i'm not convinced he's best suited to the custodian's role.

mez was average at wing but is killing it from fullback (albeit in PL) so i'd say it may very well be his best position. i think peach will want another year though and if the club offer him a contract you couldn't blame mez for wanting out.

not up to me though, have to wait and see
