Alright, I hear both sides of the argument about coach Smith. The most common is he can coach well in the games in the regular season but when it comes to the big games, especially the GF, he fails to deliver

The Solution?

Get Smith to coach during the regular season & then get another coach ie Gould or whoever to assist the coach during the big games

Fair enough. As a coach myself I could imagine nothing worse than a pat on the back for a job well done & then being stripped of the oppertunity to finish the job.
