prior does have an effective off-load.

i hope oops is grateful for that try-assist.

& unless my eyes deceived me, the saffa off-loaded during the game.

now we are certs!

note to snowflake & bloward: throw it at their melons.

i have a feeling prior may have got a rocket up him, his performance last night was a huge improvement on previous games.

I fear that Jarrod Saffy and his sparkling bag of magic tricks may next year make rugby union almost watchable.

I can't wait to see Saffy's brilliant header in slo-mo with sound effects on the Footy Show this week.

Yes the saffa turned it on nicely to the waitin Coops for his 100th try. As for Prior, good game, he even showed a bit of aggression at times.

well.

its a tactic that could be wider used.

i have actually used the header to my advantage in oztag. its not a knock on.

sneaky way of getting around being unable to kick on tackle 2 and 3. theres never a fullback on tackle 2 and 3, so getting the ball in behind the line is a huge advantage.

its the type of approach needed to beat the dragons. you need out of the ordinary stuff.

So Flanagan will be getting Harry Kewell in for practice next season?!

Oh that gave me a laugh. Seriously, I'll know we're playing well if teams start heading the ball to get past our defence.

His performance was much better but it was against Souths so it doesn't count in my books. Have a look at his hit ups closely and you would see the Souths defense never moved up on him. Thats why he was making 10-15m each run.

we should give our players credit when its due, and souths pack is not exactly tiny, burgess and tayor have been very effective for them, souths supporters have been talking them up all year, the best thing to hit redfern since stolen hubcaps became vogue.
