I thought Ch 10 was to cancel The Simpsons Re-runs in November?

Futurama became the better show, but I've seen every episode at least 10 times now (on average). The movies are terrible as well.

Nothing touches classic Simpsons. Seasons 3-6 are just awesome.

From memory it was because they couldnt afford the cost, probably a stunt to get a better deal to keep showing them.

Futurama is a great show, and i liked the first of the 4 movies, the others were very average. For me though you cant call futurama the better show until it can consistantly put out quality for at least half the time the simpsons did. 4 seasons of quality doesnt compare with what the simpsons has achieved.

classic simpsons Homer was awesome.. dumb, but very funny.. has so many classic moments. but these days they try and make him funny every 5 seconds (they fail) and he just comes across as a douchebag.

Simpsons will go down as one of the greatest shows in history but its now been awful for over half its existence. I watch an episode every few years in the forlawn hope that it may become somewhat watchable.
