Id like to modify my avatar and im new

Hi im new here i have a avatar that i'd like to have against my name, i tryed to upload it and even attack a url link but i get this message appearing each time>>

That image is too large. The maximum dimensions are 80 by 80 pixels.


Could a admin person possibly insert my avatar for me


If it cant be done thanks anyways.

its currently 123 X 100 pixels

you need to resize and then rehost it so it can be less than 80 X 80

let us know if you cant do that or need some help
