You never know by signing the big four might end up forcing a few players out of the club like Nofo and might restrict our ability to actually fix a few spots in our roster.
Its all about getting the right balance, no use having the spine in the history of the game if you other 14 players are plodders. Look at most sides they usually have a standout 6 or 7 and the other player is a foil. Of course there are exceptions to the rule, but the way I see it I would be willing to let say the no7 walk in order to buy a classy backrower.
Our club is being forced to possibly spend a lot of money on players who essentially are still on P plates. Don't get me wrong is there was no salary cap and we had a budget like a few other clubs I would love to sign the 4, but we have to try and cover ALL bases with our cap and budget
For me Teddy and Woods are musts, the 6 and 7 would be great but would settle for one of them
