It seems to be like anything goes in the rucks. Yesterday steven price was on the ground after being tackled and one of the sharks players that was tackling him smacked him in the head and nothing was said or done about this.
Now i dont see much of a difference between this and the danny williams incident.. The only thing different about this is the two players are on the ground.
It's the same thing as high shots
i mean if a player runs in to tackle a player and hits his head initially its OH BOO OH PENALTY
but if its on the ground a player is allowed to get away with attacking a players head in the same degree in which they normally do when they get "grade 1 careless high tackles"
Do you guys get what im saying? It's like you just have to tell all those cheap dirty players wait until the players on the ground and your allowed to punch them and do whatever you want and you wont be penalised reported/cited
