everyone remembers my thread last week when i got dudded by lord of the land protest costing me $520

what odds it happens twice in 7 days?????

i took a $40 parlay in sydney

le bron + tactfully + our apache

F**********************K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

had $98.50 riding on our apache and was cheering when it got up. couldn't beleive when i heard "PROTEST". i knew i was gone as i know i'll never get 3 legs of the parlay up. EVER!

so the protest cost me $280 odd and i only collected $55 which still is a good result

but damn these stewards for stuffing me up twice in 7 days!

that's tough!!! Down here, protests are nearly never upheld, yet everywhere else they seem to get upheld as often as they get dismissed. I was at the pub last week, and we even had a bet about the protest result!!!

i don't think i've ever had a protest lodged against one of my horses, and i've been betting for about 15 years. and i'm only 22

now i've had 2 against me upheld in 1 week

and every time i think of protest, i think of choirsir in melbourne. WOW. actually, i think i backed choirsir that day so maybe this is my payback

I had the Trifecta for 30%. I outlayed $10 on Flexi. I stood out Our Apache from Uber, West County, Benedetti, Spirit of Tara, Rationalize and Triple Dee. I couldnt believe my luck when i found the protest was upheld albeit i did not see the race and could not judge the interference personally. I had a good day on Sat, but this race would have given me another couple of hundred and would have made it a great day on the punt. Ill feel youre pain Nuffs...
