To a point true, but South Africa's main objective was inside their 30 metre red zone to stop New Zealand at all costs, through yellow card offences. New Zealand were still trying to go over for tries, but couldn't go wide because they were often 5-6 metres off side, and couldn't take it up the middle because the ball was too slow as Os Du Randt was often sitting on top of it LITERALLY killing the ball :lol:
They should count their blessings that Cole didn't use the card system at all. I don't think they'll get away with it a second time around, A: the All Blacks will turn them around a lot more and get them working out of their corners B: a more positive referee will take disciplinary action.
