first of all i never gave us much hope of beating the knights, the reasons being, theyare more skillfull, bigger and commited in defence.

just to rid my anger here areis reasons we won't finish in the top 8.

bawden- hopeless, why does he continue to offload when it's not on.

kearney-runs bakwards into the defence 99% off the time.

geyer-hot and cold, can't tackle one on one.

bai-he was worked out 18 months ago,and won't rectify it.

ross-a waste of 400 000 a season,hamstring is shot to pieces

williams-just a battler, would be better off at wests where his talents befit.

bell-the jury is still out, after today he has shown he can't tackle.

rua-he is an enigma,he has his moments but can go MIA.

the few players who can hold there head up week after week are-

swain and orford

thats my whinge after sitting through 80 minutes of hell today, feeling better already.

cheers pepe

Cheer up mate. I know how it feels but the great thing about football is that you have a week in which to seek revenge.
I don't have to tell you that you I and are evens again after the Dragons' glorious victory.

The battle for the last spot is now between three teams, Storm, Eagles and Warriors, all of whom are struggling to some extent. While Melbourne have a couple of hard ones coming up they play both those teams in the run up to the semis.
You are probably the favourite out of the three. So where there's life there's hope.
Cheers

Pepe,
(BTW I'm Billy) Let me tell you a little story.
A few weeks ago I was trooping out of Marathon after Canterbury had just given the Knights the biggest working over we have received all year. I was a little nervous because I was walking beside four teenage lebanese boys who were chanting out the scoreline (I was nervous because of the bad publicity I suppose). Anyway, one of the kids stopped the others and reminded them how their team had been on the end of a flogging the week before and the kids started chanting, in what appeared to be sincere sympathy, 'we know how you feel.' I thanked them for the thought and talked to them for a few minutes. They turned out to be young players for their school and nice kids.
The moral of the story - one week a rooster, next week a feather duster. We have all been there and done that.

The only problem with finishing seventh and eighth is you will face either Parra or Brisbane at home. I think the Storm will finish eighth and the Roosters seventh. If the Storm do make the eight I think they should take pride in the fact they have made the semis every year since their inception. That is quite a feat and is something the club can build on and hopefully attract more fans.

well it's nearly 24 hours since yesterdays flogging and the pain has almost resided,i am confident of beating the eels on home soil this friday.

what i have noticed about the storm is if an opposition forward pack decides to put the heat on our over-rated forwards, they go into there shell, swain the exception.

the way to beat melbourne is equal our forwards and have big runners such as sailor, tuquiri and macdougal run the ball who strike the fear of god into our tackle shy backs.

thats my whinge

cheers pepe

i think the top two spots will be parra and newcastle,if the storm do sneak in it will almost be mission impossible, speaking from a storm point of view i would prefer to take on the broncos at anz.

the saints have a horror run over the final 5 weeks which will pretty much kick the stuffing out of them if they do manage a finals spot,it looks like 7 and 8 will go out in the first week which i guess is the way it should be.

cheers pepe

ps,, good to be aboard,i will jump between here and w.o.r.l.
