Has anyone else been having problems with this website? It seems to be down every now and again lately.

They don't decide the top 250, it's based on what the millions of users on the site have rated each movie (along with other things such as the amount of votes for each movie).

The Dark Knight will eventually drop down a bit lower probably, it was number 1 at one stage.

At one stage the LOtR movies were also in the top 10.

Back to topic, it wasn't working 15 mins ago, but works now as I type. I'm doing a search on Money Train.

Wait...what?

Are you seriously telling me that they have the Dark Knight in the top 10? f**k me dead, its a good movie, but wouldn't be in the top 50 if that bloke hadn't died.

it was number one for a good month ... but yeh it's the users who vote ... it had an average rating of something like 9.8 the first month or so it came out ... good movie but not 9.8/10

I don't think Dark Knight is the best film of all time but its certaintly in my top 10. I loved pretty much everything about it. Working at the cinemas I can say that so did everybody else. The acting was great and you didn't know what to expect next. My favourite scene personally was when the joker was getting questioned in the jail. I've never seen a movie with such a long run like The Dark Knight in 4 years working at the cinemas. Other movies were busier such as Pirates 2 and 3, Star Wars 3 and Harry Potter, but Dark Knight was consistently pulling in customers for 4 months. Even in the last few weeks we had it we still got 20-30 people per session which is what we get to movies in opening week most times. Its no wonder it made so much money world wide, especially in America.
