Indian cricket chant

There is a chant that the Indian cricket supporters seem to do wherever they are in the workld and I heard it over the TV while watching the WACA test, as I have heard it live many times.

It goes something like... and forgive me because this is almost certainly way off...

Ki se wallah ki se wah... INDIA KI SE WAH!

Are there any Hindi speakers on here who would not mind telling me:

A: how it is spelt
B: what it means in English

I would love to know because it sounds awesome.

India have always been my second favourite team after NZ.

it wasn't originally a sport chant. Its a political chant used for the local candidate.
