Haven't seen much of Sele, but if he is the goods then I agree we don't need Moa.
As for Hannant, doubt he would leave QLD. He has a big family, and his wife's family is based in QLD. That's reason why he left the dogs and why he has bounced between Cowgirls/Broncs. His next stop may be the Titans.

I don't think Hastings qualifies for their U20's squad in any case (same as Sele for us). So if he has signed they should have announced it by now. Can't think of a reason why they wouldn't only that he hasn't.
