Seage is still recovering from those knees.
Salkeld has kidney problems.
Walsh wasn't in the last trail game, but I'm not sure why.

That's all I can think of...

Quigley has an ankle injury, but unsure of the extent of the damage.
Bailey still looks to be out injured and hasn't played in any trials yet.

MacDougall had a small plate inserted in his jaw after a training mishap but is reported to be on target for round 1.

Quigley apparently picked up a leg injury in the trial against the Sharks.

Quigley aggravated an existing ankle injury he picked up against the Panthers against The Sharks.

Scans yesterday I think, so we will know soon enough the extent of the injury.

Dave is improving all the time.

Andrew Johns - Hamstring Strain - Round 1
Suffered Pre-Season
Didn't play in any of the trials for fear of re-injury. Likely to still start round 1.

Adam MacDougall - Fractured Jaw - Round 1
Suffered Pre-Season

Trent Salkeld - End of season
Diagnosed with Nephrotic syndrome. Out for the season, may end his career.

David Seage - End Of Season - I dont think they have updated it.
Non contact change of direction mechanism of injury. Right knee this time though. Reco required.

Thanks Pumba

A terrible shame about Seage and Salkeld. They just seemed to find ways to get unlucky with injury:(

Good to see Joey and Doogs will both be there come round 1.

No worries if any can find out the latest on Seagey it would be good I don't think they have updated his injury on that site.

No idea when he is due back.

I believe he is running in a straight line, which is a good sign.

No idea about lateral and contact work tohugh.

If anyone knows what it takes to come back from a knee reco, it would probably be Dave.

The injury lists on the knights website have still not been added yet.

I am still waiting for the cheerleader pics too... :sarcasm:

Whens Seage due back in todays big league it has that his goneski's for the year.

http://forums.leagueunlimited.com/showpost.php?p=3195971&postcount=14 Pika said in that post that he is running in a straight line which is a good sign.

HOWEVER http://www.injuryupdate.com.au/nrl.php?team=Newcastle&mascot=Knights says its his season gone I don't know wether they have forgot to update or not.

I wouldn't be rushing him back it may help for him to have a FULL SEASON of rehab.
But this year his contract is up so it leaves him in a hard place.

Dave was lifting freely in the gym this morning. Same work out as normal.

He may well have aggravated the injury. I will ask him tomorrow morning and let you know.
